I'm sure that in a few months we'll be seeing TS2 Complete Collection, but do you think they might release a SP Complete Collection? I'm wondering because I'd like to buy some stuff packs when the prices go down, but if they release them all together, I'd definitely get that.

Hmm... Maybe it's possible, but for some reason I doubt it. Since they could drop to $10 or possibly even $5... I have no idea! Anythings possible, especially a Sim becoming real! (Aha, sorry, I'm having delusions today.)

I'm hoping for it, its why I havn't purchased any SPs. I'm waiting patiently. See the patience? This is me, waiting patiently. . .I'm being patient people! The least you could do is accomadate that by Hurrying Up! That being said, idk. EA being the cash cow it is, it would stand to reason that they will milk out TS2 for all its worth, even while abandoning it. But I expect them to just as Rainny says and lower the price, though I think $5 is just us being really hopeful. Ten is standard for retired PC games around here.

I really hope they do make one. I don't the The Sims 2 Store is going over very well, most people seem to think it's overpriced, so I'm hoping they'll go this route instead. I think a lot of people would buy it. When they were originally going to release TS3, I noticed that SP's went down to $10, but then they went back up again when it was pushed back. Right now the stores in my area have EP's and SP's going for $20, which is just stupid. Who's going to buy a SP, when and EP costs the same? Now that TS3 is actually out, they'll probably go back down to $10, but I don't really see them going any lower than that.

I don't know, if they will have a collection. But I hope they do! I would love to get the stuff packs that I do not have. Basically, that's all of the Stuff Packs, but one. I saw a stuff pack for like 9.00 dollars.. It was Celebration Stuff. I guess that's because it comes with Double Deluxe? But so does Nightlife. I would love to buy them all. But the ones I would want to get first, if they didn't come in a collection is: Teen Stuff, Kitchen and Bath, and .. Hmm. Either IKEA or Family Fun. But I especially love Kitchen and Bath and Teen Stuff. They have some gorgeous clothing! That's saying something... since EA/Maxis clothing is.. lol

I like Kitchen and Bath and Teen Stuff too! But, the one that I'd want the most would be the Holiday pack so my simmies could have Christmas. Celebration Stuff would be nice too, I'm getting so bored with the stuff I have.

You could buy them second hand, actually. They're much cheaper that way.
Amazon is the best place to go for good deals. I got mine really cheap recently, as you know, because of TS3 comming out. It's worth a try. I'd say that they most likely will have an SP collection; I think it'll be a good year or two before we see every single EP & SP in a box together, especially in shops.

It would be nice if they would do that cause right now i have only the kitchen/bath and mansions/gardens stuff packs. I in anticipation of getting a new computor in a few months bought the double deluxe which amazes me , price wise that is. I paid the same price for it as i would for a stuff pack around here. $20. I have alot of custom content but i still want the complete collection.

If they don't release a collection, I'll definitely get K & B, M & G and Teen Style. The kitchen is my favorite room to decorate and I'm really in need of some new plants for outdoor landscaping. I've heard that Mansions & Gardens is buggy though. Have you found that to be true, Satin?

To be honest Mansions and gardens is ok, but I found a great variety of plants and other stuff for outdoor landscaping from modthesims2. I honestly did not get that much out of M&G.

Aww, that's disappointing. The screen shots made it seem like there were a lot of new plants. What about the interior stuff, specifically the staircases? Do they have a spiral in M & G or is that only in AL?

Oh definitely! Is the Holiday Stuff the one with Santa Clause? Or is that the Holiday Edition? It really sucks that I missed out on that, because I don't think they're selling it anymore? I really want Holiday Stuff, Holiday Edition, Teen Stuff, Kitchen & Bath, and I would like to have Mansions and Gardens. I actually want to buy them all, lol! I don't know much about H&M wear, but I'd buy it just to have it, also Ikea and isn't there another one?

Well the stairs and such are ok but I rarely use any of the plants that came with mansions and gardens. I'm in love with the modthesims website lol. My sister has become such a cc addict because of it. We found fair and carnival stuff there, horses and buggys, oh i could go on and on lol. If I had to do it over again I would invest in M&G again cause it adds little things to fancy up your house that i havent found in any cc sites. I just wouldnt get it if it was strictly plants.

I'll keep it on my list then. It sounds like it's got some good stuff in it. Thanks for all the info, Satin!

Seeing this has made me hopeful that a SP Collection might be released eventually. thesims2.ea.com/about/universitylife_index.phpThis is the first time I've ever been tempted to buy Uni. Wonder what other collections they have in mind?

Knowing EA, they'll milk whats left of The Sims 2 and make probably more packs like that for all EPs and SPs. Looks like your wish was answered, haha.
