In the past couple of days I have downloaded tonnes of Sims 2 stuff from TSR. I wanted to get a couple of Sims 2 movies so there would be a little more variety in the Sims TV. I found some pretty cool music videos on youtube made by IITechnomickyII. I think these videos are very very cool and would be great if they could be uploaded into the Sims 2 TV. I don`t know how to do that but I`ll have a look on youtube, maybe I`ll find a tutorial. There`s a couple of trailers as well, this is my favorite:www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoSaoffSBcg&feature=channel

Heehee, downloading Custom Content is sooo addicting. D: I'm curious. There's an actual site of Sims TV? I never knew. Is it just a Youtube channel? Wow! That Sims 2 Movie of Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End was great! I am like super obsessed with Pirates of the Caribbean Movies. I have all three DVD's and I really hope they come out with a Fourth One. So far, it doesn't look like it. Unless they're planning on a Summer 2010 release. That's really cool if you start making Sims 2 videos. I think people that can make them are very talented. I wish I could make something like that, too. It's brilliant.

Yeah I am obsessed with Pirates of the Caribbean too! LOL It is just a youtube Chanel but it does worth a browse between all the different videos on it. They are very brilliant and the people who they create are so real! I wish I could make one of these videos...
I think a lot of people make movies in the Sims 2 because there are so many great features in Body Shop and there are a lot of custom contents which as you said are very addicting. Nearly anything now is possible to make in Sims 2 I think! Some people are so talented in this stuff!

Wow, that's really neat. I know. The Sims 2 Creators have come such a long ways since the release of Sims 2. They've made so much custom content for the game, and it's amazing how realistic a lot of the stuff is. Although, I am not into the realistic stuff that we have in the real world. I still think it's amazing how someone can take a game of pixels and make it look just like the real thing. I wish I had the time and patience and motivation to learn how to be a high quality creator.

Oooh, I'd like to see that Crafty! It sounds really good! I don't normally use the cheat, because most of my lots only have up to 4. I'm more of a small lot person.

Hello Everyone!
Here`s my third blog entry. Unfortunately I don`t have so much time for my sims nowadays because there are three guests in the guestroom who arrived today morning at 6:30am, so there are six people sharing two computers. It doesn`t really matter as I am hardly home this week-I`m going to London tomorrow, Watch a movie on Friday, Go to Hungary on Sunday, etc. I was surprised yesterday when I went to play tennis with my parents that I can hardly hold my bat in my hand! I spent so much time in front of the computer that my muscles have gone weak. Not that they weren`t weak before but this is just scary! I decided to take more exercise from now on so while I can enjoy the "nice" summer weather I am going to practice my long-forgotten Hip Hop routines.
In Sims 2 I am doing pretty well with my legacy pictures, my two couples have now graduated from University and they are currently at the stage of settling into adult hood. Nicely decorated houses and everything
Rainyy: The pictures I took of my Japanese Tower have randomly disappeared, I couldn`t find them in my Sims folder. So I will try again as soon as I can and upload it straight to my Pictures Thread. Thanks for all these lovely comments!

Aw, that sucks, Crafty. We are currently sharing internet on one computer. Due to internet problems. It won't be fixed until next week. So, I know what you mean by having to share the computers. Good luck with your hip-hop routines. I've been doing some exercising, too. Which has been making me feel pretty great. So, I hope it does the same for you. Good luck with your legacy. It sounds like it's coming along nicely.

Thanks Kharma! My legacy is going pretty well, I`ve done some good pictures. The next two weeks I won`t be here so often because I`m going to Hungary to meet my relatives. As far as I know I don`t have a computer there, though I may visit the public library from time to time where I can use the internet. Yesterday I`ve done a lot of exercise as I walked around in London all day. Hope you have a lovely day!

Hello People! Here`s my fourth blog entry. I only started downloaded custom content when I found this website and I really got addicted. Now though, my brother started whining again he has to delete all my custom content because there`s not enough space on his computer. I mean, he had about 400G free space when my parents bought it for him for Christmas and he installed a thousand games (including Sims 2) and now he only has 580MB. He just simply has to delete MY stuff which I use all the time, he doesn`t even consider uninstalling one of his unused games like Imperium Galactic or whatever. It just really hurts me...now all my hair is gone, my clothes, my furniture...probably all my buildings will be empty too...
*sigh*
I guess I just have to play normally...I`ll get used to it...

Yeah Morgan, brothers do suck a little. Now though that he got his job back he doesn`t yell as much. I thought of saving up for a laptop myself, but then I dropped the idea because it would have taken ages. Instead I just played on my brother`s computer. Anyway, thanks for the empathy New blog entry coming soon! Till then here`s a link to my Simming website. craftysimmer.webs.com/

Ohh! Very cute site, Crafty! I like the background, it's pretty. I use to have a site called 'Little Simmies' but I never really did anything with it.

Hello Simmers!
Here`s my fifth blog entry. I noticed that nowadays not so many people come on Simmer`s Lounge, and so they don`t answer posts as regularly as they did at the summer. By this I just want to say that I miss all the good times when there were so many active topics and updates and stuff like that. Anyhow I haven`t been simming as much but I still played with my families and downloaded some (not so much) custom content to make the game more fun. I have three families in my neighborhood which is called Little Wood (stupid name eh) and they are really great fun to play with. First I`ve got the Ghalib family (the name is African) where there is Silvia, the mum who comes from France, Latif, the dad who comes from Africa, plus four children Sarah, Vincent, Jack and another girl who I can`t remember.
My second family is the Buckwheat family and it`s basically a mum called Gerbera. She had a collage love called Stuart Smith who she got pregnant with and thought he will stay with her forever but Stuart went off to become a mad scientists and didn`t want to have a family. So Gerbera had a baby and because the baby boy reminded her so much of Stuart, she decided to adopt two more children to keep her thoughts away from the guy who left her. Plus she always wanted to have a big family.
My third family is made up of one Sim called...something, I`ll edit this post later. Anyway she is a social sims and she lives on the seventh floor of a really harsh apartment block with her cute and fluffy cat called Rachel. I like playing with this Sim because she always gets to go out and meet people and have dates. I am planning for her to get pregnant with a guy she has gone out with for a while and make her raise him or her in these bad conditions, in a really small apartment. Harsh I know, but there has to be some new Sims in the city.
OK I can`t write anynore

Wow! You sound like you've been busy. It's fun creating families with a certain background; most of my Sims actually have French names, do not ask why though. I might make an African Sim, I never have.
Aww, poor Gerbera. You have some really interesting stories Crafty. I haven't adopted a Sim in ages, they're all so... um ugly? I sound so harsh.
Oh, I'm recently making my Sims live in tougher conditions too! In my new neighborhood, there is a wealthy area and a run-down area where there are these 'sloppy' apartments. I got the idea from SimWardrobe. Basically, it's an apartment with a common area with a tv and couches and what-not, a cafeteria and public bathrooms. Then there is the apartment somewhere with just a bed or whatever else the person wants. It's really cheap and the actual apartments are tiny; I can barely fit my teenager and toddler in there and their parents' tombstones.
Can't wait to see your next entry. P.S. I just realized that I knew a way to get videos on the Sims 2 TV. Sorry this is late. Go to your Sims 2 folder (the one located in My Documents) then go to Movies, Broadcast, and pick a channel where you want your video to go in. I'm not sure what format the video has to be, though.

Hehe Yeah I know that adopted kids are all ugly and I hate it when I want a girl and I get a boy. but you know, Gerbera has a warm heart and loves children:D I like the idea of the run down and posh parts of the neighborhood. I kind of have that going on in Little Wood because there is a kind of an inner city where all the big buildings are and there is a road full of high apartment buildings made of concrete. They have really small apartments like yours do and they have really harsh walls and carpets. There is barely any furniture in them for the start, but my outgoing sim only lives there with her cat and they keep the cat toilet on the tiny balcony I'll write my next post later this week hopefully
