I'm sorta annoyed. Because how single younge adults only have $16,000 and that there's only 3 starter houses in that price range. So, I go to MTS and look up TS3 Starter Homes, download them without checking the price. Right. Turns out most of them are $17,000 to $20,000. Which really irks me. Does anyone know a good MTS creator who creates starter homes $16,000 and under?

Hmm. Did you actually try looking on MTS yourself? You can do a search and look for homes at a certain price. I'm pretty sure that's what Ply did for you, from the sounds of it, at the list comment. It won't be as hard as looking for TS2 homes, because there won't be as many. Less work involved I suppose. Chances are if you can't find one on a search, there isn't one in existence. From the sounds of it, Ply helped you out somewhere else, so I advise you look at the list he gave you, or scan MTS for yourself.

Most of the ones Ply gave me the link to were $16,000 but like a few dollars up. :/ and they still said it was $16,000 though, which really bugged me. I may have another look next month. I hate it how young adults get so little money.

If you create two or three young adults, they get $18,000. A family of 8 young adults gets $30,000.

I just had a loook and there are 3 on the first search page on MTS for under $15,000. Did you have an option to download an unfurnished version, because that might be where the price bump is comming from. You could go in and alter the lot, take away trees etc. until it's the desired price. Even doing simple things like replacing windows with cheaper ones, wallpaper...it all adds up.

Or take out all the floors and use the flat roof! Go to roofs, and for Auto Roof make sure you click Off. Then click on the flat roof, and use it as a flooring - it's free!
