EA has finally released a patch! Get it hereAnd get install instructions hereWell, it MUST of been a big problem. I'm sorry for ever doubting you EA. Oh and, I was browsing the exchange and it hasn't worked for some people. I think they installed it wrong, well I dunno. *shrug* EDIT: I'm one of the people who's patched did NOTHING! And I installed it perfectly, had CC on ('course) tried on internet explorer... and just nothing. EDIT 2: For those with the patch not working, go here for a working fix! It worked for me.

Seriously? Huh. Kudos to them for actually trying then. Of course, there will be people who's patches don't work, unfortunately Sorry bout that Rainyy, hope you get it sorted. It really must've been a serious problem if they've to issue a patch to fix it, though. I'm still hoping for patches for M&G etc however...they have my faith no more. (I'll see who gets that last reference there, heh.)

I hope they are able to get it fixed so it works for all those who want it back. I personally left that forum and deleted most of my uploads as well as all my blogs. I just cant be bothered with all the drama and other stuff that goes on there anymore. I'm quite content with the new forums I belong to now. This is a great place to chat about sims. Eventually when I have the time I'll build more houses and stuff to add to my website.

And for those Mac users, you can't download the patch. Macs can't download exe files, which most of TS2's patches are.

I don't understand. They released a patch for the Exchange that's on a Website? I could understand if it was a patch for our games. But how does a patch work for a website? Is it something to do with inside of our games? Like .. the uploading in bodyshop isn't working? Or uploading from within the game when we try to upload a house? I think I'm thinking about it waaaaay too much, lol!! Ignore me. D:

Lol, a lot of people are pondering on that too. I don't know what it does, but I'm sure EA wouldn't unlease a virus or whatever, that would just be a lot of lawsuits, etc waiting for them!

Oh. Well, thank goodness I am not the only one thinking this, lol. Hm. I think I'll read over the Patch notes and then read other Simmers opinions first. Before I do anything.

It hasn't harmed my computer, well, not that I've noticed. Except for mansion and garden users it doesn't work because the game files for it are not updated (no patch).

Alright, thank you, Rainy. Well, I guess it's good that I don't have Mansion & Gardens. I really wanted that stuff pack, but everyone's talking about how glitchy it is. Thank you again.

It's perfectly fine for me and on some sites (simbolical or something like that, twojeffs, modthesims, etc) they have some fixes for problems that include (from what I've found): how it they wait a bit before watering the next plant, having their hand on their forehead to 'screen themselves from the sun' permantley, etc.
