OK, so I found the other default skins from my downloads folder and deleted them. Yay... My game was back to normal, so I put the good ones in that I like (default skins). I load my game and... the skin looked very weird. The face was a different skintone to the bottom half. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Have you tried deleting the SimCompositor Cache? Sometimes, skintones don't look right if you don't delete it. Just go to My Documents, go to Electronic Arts, and then The Sims 3. Just delete the SimCompositor Cache. Don't worry, Delphy, and HP, from MTS, and J..M from MATY said the game will create a new one.

Yep, lol.
It is showing up, it's just that the face isn't the same skin as the body, 2 different skins. :/
